Susan Paszkiewicz North
Susan has enjoyed a thirty plus year career in hospitality. From January 2000 to July 2017, she owned and operated 10 IHOP franchised restaurants, and with a great leadership team managed 500 employees across the business. Responsibilities included managing the company’s financial position, creating and implementing company policy and procedures, HR Benefits and enforcement of laws and policies, marketing and community relations, training and development of executive and management team members, construction and development of new IHOP locations and remodels of restaurants. KLONE is a by-product of a career focused on working smarter and providing the best leadership to motivate employees to fulfill their maximum potential resulting in excellent customer service.
